Guest guest
CHarles---please send this completed version of the message--I accidently sent before I finished!!! THanks. Greetings and Sat Nam, I'm writing to let you know about something we're very excited about here at the Kundalini Research Institute. After 30-odd years, the Kundalini Research Institute is pleased to present the second edition of Kundalini Yoga Sadhana Guidelines. New to this edition: z A comprehensive history of the sadhanas Yogi Bhajan gave over the years. z The Aquarian Sadhana, the core of our practice until the year 2012 z A revised and updated essay from Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Director of Training for the Kundalini Research Institute z New Illustrations by Hari Jot Kaur z Several new meditations and kriyas throughout Yogi Bhajan brought the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to the West in 1969, the height of the 'hippie' culture: free love, radical politics and social change, plus lots of drugs. He taught there was, in each of us, a Self that longed to express itself freely—to be, to be—and that no matter how much you searched outside yourself for peace, love, or even to change the world, you would never find happiness until you found that True Self within you: Sat Nam. He accepted everyone without judgment or blame and uplifted everyone he met. The greatest practice he outlined for each of us to uplift ourselves is Sadhana, especially in the early morning hours. In this new edition of Kundalini Yoga Sadhana Guidelines, you'll find steps toward cultivating the group consciousness available by practicing in a group as well as suggestions for developing your own personal sadhana. We hope that within these pages you find something old and something new which inspires you to keep returning again and again, breath by breath, to your Self and to your practice. In addition, if you're going to be at Solstice next week--the first 300 copies of the new edition are shrink-wrapped with Guru Shabad Singh's new Sadhana CD--Ong! Look for it at the KRI booth in the Bazaar. Blessings to you all during this Solstice Season, Sat Nam, Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa Kundalini Research Institute
