If you simply focus on powerfully vibrating the sound current, whether aloud or in a whisper, and apply the locks, keep the arms stretched up with elbows hugging the ears, keep stretching the spine up straight and tall, etc, then as you do these things you will breathe because the body always breathes. In this particular kraal you do not have to pay attention to when you breathe, you can let you body do it automatically and rest assured that it will. Sat Nam!
