Once in a while I have someone in my class who has Lupus (described by

the person as an overactive immune system). So we were doing a

meditation which stimulates the immune system, of which there are many

in Kundalini Yoga. My student said, " I don't think I should do this

because my immune system is already too active. " The particular

meditation we were doing was " Immune system booster: The Inner Sun " .

Does anyone have any comments on Lupus and immune system kriyas and/or

meditations? It would help me as a teacher and I can pass on the info

to my students. Thanks, Kartar Kaur
