Come experience Kundalini yoga, Reiki trainings and related workshops

at the beautiful Little Mustard Seed Yoga Studio in Sierra Madre

and Baldwin off the 210 freeway)

 

Classes: Mon./Wed. eves

6- 7;15 pm indoor class with Krishna Kaur

7;30 - 8:45 pm under the stars with Lee/Wahe Guru Kaur
