Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone can help me with the meditation for " Awakening the Inner Healer " on page 415-416 of the Aquarian Teacher Manual. The instructions for the " remaining 7 days " after one has completed the Sushmuna, Ida and Pingala meditations on days 1,2, and 3 state to chant the mantra " saa ray gaa maa paa daa nee saa taa naa maa raa maa daa saa saa say so hung " in an ascending scale for 1 1/2 hours. My problem is that I can not sing this entire mantra in an ascending scale as I do not have this much range in my voice- indeed I can't imagine that most people can sing this entire mantra in a single scale- is it supposed to be sung in a singe acsending scale or in two or three? Has any one done this meditation who can give me clearer instructions? Love and light, Charanpreet
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Charanpreet, We used the mantra in question during a class with Sat Kirin Kaur at Summer Solstice, and it was chanted in one ascending scale. It IS very challenging! She started it very low, and her theory was that we can develop the range, if we practice. Hope that helps.
