Guest guest
Sat nam all I am Dev Atma Singh. I may have met some of you at solstice, but I wanted to see if we could begin another kind of dialogue here, on this site. I am a " seeker, " a grad student, and am especially interested in those truths that unite cultures. For example, my good frine Hukam Singh from Florida told me about a line from Japji that reads syllable-for-syllable like a recitation from the Talmud. If anyone comes across these little nuggets of gold, please submit them. These are evidence that we are one, that all cultures are essentially concerned with the same principles: of being human, and of being the best humans we can possibly be. I will be sure to do the same. I come across something in my studies almost daily. Let us come together as a community of light, the long time sun shining upon us, Dev Atma Singh
Guest guest
Sat Nam Dev Atma: One nugget that i always make a correlation to is in the mul mantra: " Ad such, jugad such, habee such, nanak hosee bhee such " In the bible: " As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end, amen. " I also like finding connections across different religions! Wahe guru, Joanna
