Hello everyone,

Recently I have begun taking a half hour morning walk while chanting sa

ta na ma. I'm also pressing my fingers as I walk. Can this have the

same effect as staying in one place? I have to say that my thoughts

sometime wander and I have to begin chanting again.

Have you heard of " breath walk " ? This sounds like what you are doing!

Mentally vibrating a mantra will have an effect, as well as chanting

out loud, and even listening to mantra music.
