Kundalini Yoga & Ayurvedic Spa retreat Southern France 18th August - 1st Septemberwith Jai Kartar Kaur & friendsPlease join us on this unique journey of detoxification, transformation and rejuvination in a most tranquil and luxurious location near to Carcassonne, in the Languedoc region of southern France. Truly a place to heal and regnerate, Aliberts is a complex of 13th century restored buildings with it's own pool, jacuzi and hammam, a perfect place to discover those aspects of yourself that are unknown, mysterious, combined with the balance of Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatments, specifically designed for you and the yogic experience.Each day you will have the opportunity to join in for two yoga classes each day, one as the sun rises and a workshop in the late afternoon.The yoga and the food are linked andwill link with and blend with flow of each guests Ayurvedic programme.The area is of outstanding natural beauty and during your stay you have the opportunity to visit Carcassonne, a medieval walled city and a world heritage site, the stunning Cesse river and the many beautful Mediterranean beaches only a short drive away. The retreat is open for two weeks, but you can join us for one and the cost, based on two sharing, including all food, accommodation, yoga, daily Ayurvedic treatment and transfers is £580($1150) per week. The nearest European airport is Carcassonne and the nearest international airport is Montpellier, which is within easy travelling distance to the location.
