Guest guest
Hello Ray, Yes the deep breathing is excellent. But " the " sixth rite is complete abstention from sex. So this is why I queried you . - raazor1 <raazor wrote: Chrism, As requested, I am putting myself on the list for help with my awakening. Ray OK, By that, I think you mean to post to the message board? I will certainly do this. Also, the 6th was added " for good measure " and that rite is the deep breathing one. Thanks very much, Ray ---- chrism <> wrote: > Alright Ray, please bring yourself into the list there is Shakti being brought forth there as well so please become a part of the dialouges. - 6 Tibetans? - > > raazor wrote: Chrism, > Yes, if you please. > I am most anxious to begin the awakening. > > I followed the process again this morning, as follows: > 1) Forgiveness > 2) Gratitude > 3) Surrender > 4) Prayer to the Shakti > 5) 6 Tibetans > 6) Compression breathing as the last rite. > 7) Review the Safeties > > I will do the above process at least once each day (probably at the end of the day because my mornings during the week are pressed for time). > > I am looking forward to my awakening with eager anticipation. > > Many thanks, > > Ray
Guest guest
Ray, I thought about calling them the 30 Tibetans since that is how many it feels like is beating on me I just do as many of them as I can up to 21. I am finding that, as I have done them longer, I not only do more of them but I do them somewhat differently. The legs go farther back over my head, my head drops down farther behind me, etc. I didn't realize just how much I needed both the activation and the stretching. I think that I like the spins the most. Particularly at the end when I go for the subtle body cues that still tell me I am conscious after I have hit the floor BlessU Sam , " raazor1 " <raazor wrote: > > Chrism, > PS: I also wanted to ask regarding the Practice, > I can only manage about 6 spins before I start to get pretty dizzy. > I have been limiting myself to 6 reps of the other Tibetans, including > the deep breathing. Guest guest
Namaste, I am shilpa from India. 45yrs of age, usui reiki master, and also taken attunement for tele. reiki recently. what I want to know is, when I sit quietly, or meditate, or lie down all my chakaras vibrate very fast. some time crown chakras vibrate so fast that I get scared. Is that Kundalini arising or just my chakaras balancing. If I take Kundalini reiki attunement will my kundalini shakti arise??? Pl. help and guide me in this matter. thanks shilpa. Guest guest
Dear Friends, I just received the following inquiry from a hatha colleague: " I have a friend who is interested in learning more about the experience of Kundalini awakening. He's already a very experienced martial artist, a drummer with the New Haven Symphony, a dad, a seeker . . . " I never encounteered the expression " kundalini awakening " in my teacher training, although I have heard and read of it. It is often used to describe an unpleasant event or sensation. I would appreciate any information or guidance in answering this question. Peace and light, Barbara Jagatjeet
