Therapeutic benefits of each element of the yoga practice and yoga lifestyle Western anatomy, yogic anatomy and the chakras This in-depth, experiential course is conducted by experienced KRI Teacher Trainers who provide hands-on training, instructional materials, individual guidance and an exploration of all aspects of yoga and meditation.
