As we roll into July, the datesfor Jaap Sahib, Song of the Warrior Saint move closer and closer. It is with great excitement that we present: - Bibiji Inderjit Kaur – Bibijiwill once again present us with an inspiring and informative presentationon the Jaap Sahib. With emphasis on the structure and spirit ofGuru Gobind Singh's incredible bani, Bibiji will lead us through the intricatemeter and measure of the Jaap. - Chardi Kala Jatha – Jagat GuruSingh, Sada Sat Simran Singh, and Harimandir Jot Singh who will be withus to lead morning gatka and daily story telling about the great life ofthe 10 th Master, Guru Gobind Singh. Chardi Kala Jathahas recorded a new CD with mantras from the Jaap Sahib, and I guaranteewe'll be hearing a lot from them during the course. - Dr. Harjot Kaur Khalsa – Withher mystical voice and deep understand of the bani, Harjot will introducethe Ek Aachri Chand. Drawing upon the writings of Dr. Sahib Singh,Harjot will draw us into the mystical nature of the Jaap Sahib and revealthe power and presence of the beautiful words Ajai, Alai, Abhai, Abai. - Dr. Guruchander Singh Khalsa– World renown teacher and yogi, Guruchander will lead us in a deep experienceof the radiance of the human. Guru Gobind Singh is the master ofthe radiant body, and Ek Aachri Chand is the mantra of the radiant body. Harnessing this power gives the devotee dynamic energy and radiantexaltation. - Hari Kaur Khalsa – A devoteddaughter and student of the 10th Master, Hari will guide usin a personal experience of Guru Gobind Singh. Through meditation,Gurbani, pictures, and prayers she will lead us in an experience of themaster. - Gurutej Singh Khalsa – Knownas a poet and a warrior, Gurutej Singh will enchant us with his storiesof Baba Biddi Chand in the time of Guru Hargobind Sahib. Togetherwith yoga and meditation, it is an experience to remember. - Snatam Kaur Khalsa – Loved theworld over, Snatam's crystal voice will bring up to heavens as we meditatewith her sweet music. - Nirvair Singh Khalsa – As theGeneral Manager for KRI and a Kundalini Yoga teacher for 30 years, Nirvairis a treasure house of yogic knowledge. With the gift of a rareteacher, Nirvair will lead us in yoga classes to sharpen our consciousness. - Dev Suroop Kaur Khalsa – Witha rockin' new CD, Kundalini Beat, Dev Suroop is opening spiritual musicinto a whole new dimension. She will be with us to share her talent,her devotion, and her insight in the love of Guru Gobind Singh.For me, the few days of the JaapSahib course is my personal time to plug-in, tune-up, and fine-tune myfrequency to that of the 10th Master. Even if we had noteachers at all, just to sit with you for four days and recite the JaapSahib would satisfy me entirely. So, we plan on singing and bowingto the Jaap Sahib every day, and also reciting the Jaap Sahib daily. This is food for the soul, and we can plan on leaving the camp fill tooverflowing.
