Guest guest
Sat Nam, Several of my Kundalini Yoga manuals cite Kundalini Yoga for Youth and Joy as the source for some of their kriyas. I gather this book is out of print as I've searched amazon.com for it unsuccessfully. Do any of you know how I might procure one? Thanks, Jagat Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam Jagat Kaur, The book is not out of print you can find it at Spirit Vogage: http://www.spiritvoyage.com/shopping/detail.cfm?sku=BKS-009140 or here: http://ahw.stores..net/kuyoforyojoy.html You can Google any tile, cd and usually find it somewhere. Guest guest
Recently I bought this manual and I'm wondering about getting the specific recordings that are recommended for these exercises, such as Wahe Guru Wahe Jeeo by Bhai Avtar Singh & Bhai Gurucharan Singh? I only found tapes available at Ancient Healing ways and would prefer CDs. Any clues as to a way to find these recordings on CD? Guest guest
Sat Nam, Ananda Kaur, It's my understanding that what is available on tapes from Ancient Healing Ways is slowly being transfered to CDs, but there's still alot of music that's only on tape. I've called AHW and asked them about the future of specific tapes; if there are any foreseeable plans to put those tapes on CDs. You might want to do the same with what you're interested in. When I've bought the last tape of something from AHW, I have had a DJ friend transfer it to CD for me, before the tape gets eaten by the tape player & I have no source of the music at all! Guest guest
Sat Nam Ananda Kaur, What you could do is buy the audio tape, then have it converted to a cd. I had this company do a tape for me: http://www.cassettes2cds.com Sat Avtar Kaur
