Sat Nam. Would anyone have the recipe for solstice soup? Apologies if

it has been published before. The soup has potatoes, celery,

turmeric... As for the rest of the spices/vegetables I am not sure.

Thank you

Sat Atma Kaur,

Here goes:

Put in pot:

1 big potato, chopped

1 big stalk celery, chopped

1/4th to 1/2 onion, chopped

Fill pot with water just enough to cover the vegetables.

Boil!

Add 1/2 teaspoon each:

salt

cumin

coriander

chili powder

chili flakes

tumeric

Boil until potatoes are tender.

Add:

1-2 tablespoons Almond oil

(optional): minced garlic to taste

Serve with bananas.

Reduce spices and omit garlic for non-spicy version
