Guest guest
A month or two ago, someone mentioned this kriya as a possible solution for teeth grinding. I was curious about the " rebirthing breath " used with it- breath of fire through puckered lips. I find it to be very much more invigorating than regular breath of fire through the nose. Would it ever be appropriate to use it with other kriyas as well?
Guest guest
Quite an emphatic response! Actually, yes, I was just asking first... for more information. Are there other kriyas that utilize this breath technique? It's rather pleasant for those of us who tend to be a bit sinus-impaired. The Jupiter meditation, for prosperity, is similar; inhale deeply with circled lips and exhale through the nose (but not breath of fire.) Wonderful! Guest guest
Sat Nam. Someone asked if they could SUBSTITUTE doing Breath of Fire through the mouth (instead of doing it normally, through the nose as taught in Sahibee kriya.) That's why I wrote the comment which begins "No, No, No" -- in case you are wondering what I was talking about! ( I thought the original query would appear with my reply, but it didn't) Sorry if this caused any confusion, Shakti Parwha
Guest guest
-The version of sahibee kriya that I've got says " Make a circle of the mouth and begin Breath of Fire through the mouth. " Could there be more than one version of Sahibee kriya? -- In Kundalini-Yoga , " Shakti Parwha " <sparwha wrote: > > Sat Nam.
