Yoga House is very happy to offer the KRI Level 2 Teacher

Training " Mind & Meditation " with Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh

Khalsa.

This is your chance to learn to view the world in a completely new

and wondrous way! This KRI Level 2 course (as taught by Yogi Bhajan)

illuminates the relationship between oneself and the 81 facets of the

mind. The powerful experiences during this training will give you the

opportunity to integrate fundamental concepts about the nature and

dynamics of your mind into your life and most importantly - deepen

your meditative practice.

The emerging Aquarian Age demands for us to know intimately how our

mind creates our world around us. The yogic technology presented in

this transformational course will address the need to match our

external education, provided by the information revolution, with an

internal education of wisdom, self-control, intuition and the use of

the Neutral mind. The course is designed to train you to understand,

utilize and experience the negative and positive forces inherent to

human nature. You will master yogic techniques to help you to

consciously command your brain, mind, and states of consciousness

through the filters of intuition, wisdom, and the Positive, Negative

and Neutral minds.

Over these six days you will increase your awareness of the layers of

the mind. As you delve more deeply into knowing and experiencing the

Positive and Negative minds, your Neutral meditative mind will be

yours. Your communication will be clearer, your relationships will

deepen and your heart will open. You will transform the frequency of

your psyche to prepare for the imminent mental, emotional and

physical challenges of the Aquarian Age.

The training will run on two weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Nov

9,10,11 and 16,17,18, 2007. Lunch and light snacks will be provided

as well as DVDs and manuals. The total cost for the training in $900,

paid by Oct 1st, then $950. You may secure your spot with a $300

registration deposit.

 

Sada Sat Kaur & Sada Sat Singh Khlasa

Many of you know Sada Sat Kaur's music (Angels' Waltz and Shashara)

and if you don't know Sada Sat Singh he's a yogi who attended West

Point! Both are excellent teachers that were part of the fabric at

Golden Bridge in Los Angeles for many years before moving to Italy

where they created the Villa Borgo, a yoga and meditation retreat

center in the mountains of Umbria. In 2003 the Yoga House director

spent 3 weeks in India practicing yoga and meditation with Sada Sat

Kaur and Sada Sat Singh.

Sada Sat Kaur has toured the world for over 30 years chanting mantras

and singing kirtan in ashrams, concert halls, schools, and public

parks. She says,

monkey mind, because it's always jumping around. When we chant,

you're giving your mind something to focus on that's going to

transform you and uplift you. "

In February 2007, Sada Sat Kaur spent a week at Yoga House teaching

gong meditation, yoga & mantra, leading a seven day cleanse and

teaching a weekend of the Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
