Responsibilities: • Responsible for the marketing of the 3HO Foundation, all its events, products and services. • Demonstrates internet marketing skills by developing and delivering web marketing strategies for the above as well as services that support the 3HO global community members. • The achievement of the development of a new and improved 3HO web site. • Successful in creating relationships with Kundalini Yoga studios and teachers and implementing cross promotional and marketing services. • Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with the 3HO Team, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. • To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing support staff of where and when needed. • To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution. • Specifying market requirements for current and future 3HO events, products and services by conducting market research supported by attending 3HO and White Tantric Yoga events. • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. • Analyzing potential partner relationships. • Developing and implementing sales strategies with our marketing programs. Relationships and Roles: Internal / External Cooperation • Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company and dharmic nonprofit employees. • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet 3HO's core values. • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments. Job Specifications: • Minimum of two years in the marketing industry. • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, sales, advertising and promotional staff and activities. • The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for 3HO and the 3HO lifestyle, and for keeping 3HO's web page current and overseeing the on-going development of the 3HO web site, serving as a similar role as a web master.
