Guest guest Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 Recently I have been doing the Warriors Tension Release (The Inner Workout Manual) and Relief from Stress (Self Experience) and Have been noticing a much more relaxed jaw. I'd be interested to hear back from the other " jaw grinders " out there to know if they get the same relief.
