Kathe,I often (only half) jokingly say that if everybody on this planet did yoga, there wouldn't be anymore work for therapists and psycho-analysts. I'm sure many people in this group will get back to you with great meditations and kriyas , and I look forward to reading their suggestions. On my end, i wanted to share the following with you: there was an article in the Aquarian Times last year on this Chinese plant called Albizzia, that is supposed to be the best natural anti-depressant - more efficient than St John's Wort and with no side effect. I looked into it for a friend of mine and could only find it online. My friend never pursued this avenue, but it seems worth exploring - in addition with a steady practice of meditations and kriyas - of course.

Sat Kriya is supposed to be effective against depression and anxiety. Why not have her start with 3 minutes a day for 40 days? It is such a powerful kriya. Another thought is Kirtan Kriya for 31 minutes every day Peace, Barbara Jagatjeet Kaur
