Sat nam everyone,

I've been pacticing a kriya that breaks up calcium deposits in the

neck.I've noticed a lump on my left wrist.I've never had calcium

deposits before and wondered if this is what the lump on my left wrist

could be ? I would appreciate any suggestions on how to get rid of it.

Many thanks,

Cindy

Hi Cindy,

You probably have a " ganglion cyst " . If you do an internet search,

you'll find plenty of info and pictures. It's basically a fluid-filled

bulge coming from your joint and the wrist is a prime target. I used

to get them in my fingers from using weight machines at a gym. They

went away on their own when I stopped the particular exercise, but the

old method of dealing with them was to bash them with a heavy book.

Sounds like a rotten idea! Anyway, It's hard to imagine that the

calcium deposit- exercise would bother your wrist joint enough to

cause a ganglion cyst, unless you're giving your wrist an energetic

snap at the top of the movement? Doing push-ups, possibly?
