"Urine Therapy" (drinking ones own urine) can be a very powerful cleanser, and I believe has been utilized by various cultures for generations. It is considered to be sterile for oneself. My wife had sinus infections for years-gone. Many elder students (and maybe younger ones,) after Yogiji gave this as a healthy thing to do (drinking the middle one third approx.) embraced it and continue to. Myself included. Dear Jiwan Mukta Singh,

Urine Therapy is a very powerful healing tool. I completed a five year

program of it during the time I was on Yogiji's staff. He sent a

person to me who was suffering from an intense problem with Arthritis

over the entire body that came on from an emotional trauma. She stayed

with me for 40 days, doing a program of urine therapy, juices and

yoga. By the time she left she had begun to move her body more freely

and had positive results.

I would suggest that you read some books that are available to further

understand the basis behind it. One has to really believe in it!

" The Water of Life " is an excellent book. I am happy to communicate

with you more personally if you would like to learn about this and

tell you of my experience.

In my opinion, one of the most important healing modalities is being

conscious of the food you intake, digestion and eliminate, and the

consciousness of with you eat.

I live in New Delhi and presently conduct raw food and juice cleanses

to help people detox their systems and learn a new lifestyle of

conscious eating.

I am happy to be of service to any of you.

All love in divine, blessings, Soorya Kaur
