Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji, According to Yogi Bhajan whomever recites this mantra becomes absolutely divine, God in action, Pavan Guru , that is the identity. What is Sat Nam, Pavan Guru? Para par braham parmesharm, para par brahm. Pavan means prana. Prana means the life force. The Force be with you. Prana, whahan. Wahan means that which carries the prana. Pavan Guru. The real Guru is Pava. Guru sees, Guru hears, and the Guru speaks. What He hears is the Unknown. What He sees is the Unseen. And what He speaks is that which has no limit. -P. 182 Trust Tools and Temperment You do the meditation with the beat of the navel. Women in Training XIV 1989 Lectures by Yogi Bhajan I hope that helps!
