Some members complain when yogis commercially promote

their goods or services. I disagree, and, as moderator, I actually

encourage such " posts. " Financial incentives to produce good works

that help yogis rise to new levels of enlightenment are great things.

The only limiting factor should be ones heart (am I intending to help

my fellow yogis and this new age we're creating).

 

So, if you're a yogi with an entrepreneurial streak, this

is your home. Post away on how you can help us with your services and

goods, CDs, therapies, yatras, trainings, retreats, workshops, etc.

Please be creative in your promotions.

 

In the Aquarian Age, we rise above our fear-based propensity to follow

rules set by self-appointed masters, and create instead a society

based on just a few, simple, effective rules, leaving a much wider

space for creativity and entrepreneurship, even collective solutions -

as long as they're voluntary. Very Taoist.

Your answer about why you as moderator allow the posting of good/services

brought up

an aspect of the practice of Kundalini yoga which is often over looked.

 

This aspect could be framed many ways, to start the dialog: " when a person

practices

Kundalini Yoga do they " automatically " take " right " action for themselves, for

others, for

organizations, for nations, for humanity? "

 

Yogi Bhajan indirectly answered us when he shared a couple stories from his

life.

 

Yogi Bhajan revealed to us that in his previous life his only " fault " was that

he turned away

a student who had wanted to be his student; hence he had to come back another

lifetime

and be a teacher.

 

For those who don't believe or find reincarnation irrelevant, he also shared

with us that he

cleaned the Golden Temple in Amritsar everyday for 4 years to rid himself of the

siddhi to

control water, which he learned as a yogi.

 

Many believe he lost that power but if you look " behind " the story of the use of

" powers "

you often find that what the person really is loosing is the power of the siddhi

to control

them. They in fact get back their Self will.

 

If a Yogi of his status found it necessary to confront his own actions then I

believe we each

in our own way need to remain conscious of our actions and contemplate; our we

really

doing the right thing.
