This Teacher Training Program is for everyone, whether you would like to become a certified teacher or just wish to deepen your personal experience of Kundalini Yoga. This course gives you a lifelong foundation for a successful Yoga practice. This certification program provides the tools and comprehensive training to learn both the theory and techniques of Kundalini Yoga. The Course Content: The Aquarian Teacher program is a KRI Level 1 Certification program in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. In Level 1 you will become an instructor and gain a deep understanding and experience of the core science of Kundalini Yoga. You will develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga, kriyas and meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan. You will practice teaching Kundalini Yoga in a practicum setting, participate in early morning Sadhanas (spiritual practice), and experience the powerful transformational energy of White Tantric Yoga. This course is recognized by Yoga Alliance and includes 200 hours of classroom instruction and practicum in a well-defined curriculum. The Teachers: Shabad Saroop Singh is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer and instructor, co-founder and director of the Institute, and an independent business owner. In 1981 he met Yogi Bhajan and has since studied under his personal tutelage. He has been teaching Yoga for 20 years and regularly travels to study and deepen his knowledge of Yoga. Shabad shares the teachings with a rare warmth, humanity, wisdom and a sense of humour. Teaching for him is a vehicle to serve others and to contribute to the upliftment of humanity.
