Sat Kartar has a gift....her light shines through her music...I resently seen her in Toronto at the ashram and I left with a joy in my heart....her new cd Listen is amazing. It felt like the evening was a big meditation as we chanted and did the meditations to the songs....I am looking for the meditations she did with us in my yoga books but don't seem to find them, does anyone no which books or were I could find it? Sa Re Sa Sa---hands at the heart, extended them out , then to the side.... and there were a few others? I tryed to go on her web-site but it did not seem to work for me......thanks so much....
