I'm a little over the halfway point now. This is the type of cleanse that actually expels mucoid plaque, which lines the colon/intestinal wall to hold in toxins and can be upwards of 30 feet! Anyway, in case you missed my last post about it, I think I was just beginning it at that point, I thought I'd mention it again. I believe so much in the importance of cleansing (which is why I set my vanity aside to write a blog about it, ha, ha!) and can reaffirm that belief by the results I'm getting from this one. It's been quite an interesting experience, to say the least. Just one of the exciting things about it is that, as I clear out old matter, I can feel the prana moving more strongly throughout my body. It's pretty awesome as we say in LA! So, it's not just a physical experience but also a spiritual one, too! Please know though that the blog is not graphic. Things that may be a little too descriptive for some people, I hide in pop-up windows! I also try to write it in a way that answers a lot of questions about cleansing. And, when the cleanse is over, I'll put up a FAQ section to zone right in on particular areas of interest. So feel free to take a look at it if you haven't already or haven't in a while!
