It seems I am finding a big challange in understanding how to surrender to the Guru. I am unable to transcend the questioning mind and flow in His Comand. Trying to learn how to surrender not just by bowing physically for few moments to Ong Namo GuruDev Namo....but in totallity of body & mind both. Finding this inward search of the Guru challanging. May He Blesses with Guru Gyan Sangat may please pardon mistakes and help improving these evolving thoughts and bless ( Bhul chuk de Mafi) With Prayers Abound Charan Singh Oshawa, CA
Guest guest
It's definitely a process, that "unfolds" and it doesn't come all at once. It opens like a flower, over time and with care, attention and commitment. Learning to surrender is a life time process. It begins by having the intention to do so and then watching what kinds of resistances, limitation and obstacles, you personally have, in the way of being able to do that. With that self awareness, then it just becomes a process "keeping up" and focusing your intentions to work on releasing whatever your obstacles are. It's also good to find help, assistance and guidance, such as a KY teacher, psychologist, spiritual teacher, compassionate and wise friends etc. It's good to have support and surround yourself with people who embody a lot of the characteristics that you are wanting to develope within yourself. You may not be able to find everything that you are looking for in one person, so be open to finding bits and pieces in a lot of different places. It's definitely, easier to have a teacher. My point in my other posting was that, whether or not you find yourself the "ultimate" teacher, you will be taught, through the golden chain, so don't worry so much about that. All Light,Sat Sangeet Kaur All new Mail - Get a sneak peak at messages with a handy reading pane.
