Join us for this unique, one-day workshop to expand your spiritual

awareness, transform past patterns and promote your own self

healing. This year's White Tantric Yoga course will take place on

Saturday, November 3rd in the Yoga Center at 6 Export Drive,

Sterling, Virginia. The cost of the workshop is $135 if

preregistered by October 27th($145 at the door).

 

The cost for full time students is $75. Make checks payable to 3HO

Foundation and mail them to 1739 Whitewood Lane, Herndon, VA 20170.

Registration begins at 8 am, warmups at 8:30 am and the Tantric at 9

am. It usually ends around 6 pm. A vegetarian lunch is provided.

Wear loose fitting clothing, preferably white cotton, and bring a
