Thank you wolf sister and everyone else who responded. I am healing. Working with wonderful Chiropractor in San gabriel Valley, CA. I am told I will be able to teach yoga, hike, etc... eventually. Hardest for me is remembering to stay OFF my foot whenever possible for now. Am also doing healing intention, affirmation and meditation as part of intention and manifestation circle. Guest guest Posted November 14, 2007 Report Share Posted November 14, 2007 the suggestion of orthotics is a good one. you should see a podiatrist and spend the money for good ones rather than those you can buy in a drug store. i´ve been wearing orthotics for 7 years for numerous foot problems, they are exteremely helpful Be a better pen pal.
