Hey organizers,

 

How about some " posts " about major kundalini yoga events coming up

leading up to Winter Solstice, and early in 2008?

 

Any White Tantrics, Teacher Trainings, or trainings for yoga-related

therapies, day-long Workshops, or special holiday deals for goods or

services (present ideas?)?

 

And how about some posts from teachers looking forward to returning to

Winter Solstice?

 

Here's my thought for today: I'm pleased that D.C. once again has 3

places for Sadhana; and, I'm pleased that this Friday the Sada Sats

will be playing live music at Sadhana at www.YogaHouseStudio.com.

 

C'mon yogis. Let's get the posts going on all the Events, Ideas,

Goods & Services! Let the Aquarian energy flow!

I'll be leading a Kundalini Yoga and Visual Art retreat Jan 1-6, 2008 (5 nights,

Tues- Sun)

Art & Yoga Retreat at Kripalu in Lenox MA, USA.

 

Each session of this retreat will include Kundalini yoga, meditation and

creative work. Our

studio will be open 24 hours a day so you can decide how much time to devote to

the

artistic work. You will return home with completed artwork and a yoga/art plan

(sadhana)

for the coming year.

This program is for anyone with an interest in the healing power of art and

yoga. Seasoned

artists, yogis and healers will work alongside beginners to everyone's benefit.
