In the past I have asked for your help and I so appreciate your

guidance and advice..once again I ask your assistance..I have ask God

and Guru for help and I know that it will be delivered.

 

I have been asked to provied classes for a group of people that are

severly stressed. What Kryias and meditations do you suggest?
