Hi,

 

Does anyone here use stones during meditation?

And if so, have you ever heard of a bridging stone?

I am asking because I found this

that claims that the bridging stone can, through

meditation, align me at some deeper level. Any thoughts

on this? Anyone here even heard of

a bridging stone?

I do not believe you can join the group without having

obtained a bridging stone. Anywho, I just want

any thoughts about this stone, and more importantly

the value of such devices during

meditation.

Hi Jonathan Bellar,

 

I have been using crystals and stones for years and I have never heard

of a Bridging Stone. A quick 'google' did not bring it up either.

 

The premier new book on crystals and stones is by Richard Simmons &

Naisha Ahsian called " The Book of Stones " . It is excellent and has all

the power stones and ones the average person has never heard of.

 

I mediate with Selenite on my lap. It activates the Third Eye, Crown,

Transpersonal and Etheric (8th through 14th above the head). The book

says the intensity of energy is greater than almost any other stone

for the upper chakras. It is very powerful and is used to clear other

stones. I have a tower lamp that is just wonderful, creates a great

atmospher. You can find plenty on Ebay--wands, logs, light towers. I

have a small selenite tower about 4 inches tall, that I use. You do

not have to be a member of ebay to buy.

 

The other stone, I use on my 3rd eye is Chrome Tremolite. Key words

according to The Book : Access to higher knowledge, calm and clarity,

higher mind activation, mystic rapture. I like it. It suggests

meditation or sleep with it, almost too powerful to wear. I have had

some interesting experiences with it. I think I will try both the

selenite and the Tremolite, today and see what happens.

 

I am a Reiki Master, I work with energy all the time. Recently, I have

added stones and crystals. With selenite you can make protection and

power grids.

 

Read the book or not, buy some stones, try it, decide for yourself if

you like it or not.
