about K energy when it goes down from top of head

I would like to know if the energy that rises is the same to the one

that comes down from the top of the head, cause I haven't felt this

energy coming down, before this week, like waving, covering half of my

body. what is the function of the energy that comes down ? well, I felt

like a cleanse, altough it caused me some diarrhea, I don't know if

this is normal, but I know of the marriage of these energies, " the

sacred marriage "

 

Any ideas ?
