Hello to everyone. I am new to the list. I have been practicing

kundalini yoga for only a few months, but have found it to be

incredible; the benefits amazing. I am wondering if there are any other

people on the list who are from Kentucky, USA in general or Lexington,

Kentucky specifically. I would love to meet fellow practitioners and

maybe even form a group to work with in this area.

I have been following Dzogchen, Bon and Tibetan Buddhism for many

years, have practiced yoga for several years and have practiced tantra

for nearly twenty years. My spiritual quest began in my late teens. I

am now 38. I am also very influenced by Celtic spirituality and by

Gnosticism. I am hoping to meet other seekers to begin to form sangha,

of some form.

Blessings, Namaste, and Sat Nam!

Check out Yogamazing.com, Brian -- i think he's from your hometown, and is major

iPod

publisher. He does wonderful classes -- not KY in particular but yoga and

breathing and

just great attitudinal adjustment instructions. He's cool.

I'm a writer and live in tampa. I've never attended a single yoga class or found

a guru to

speak of, but found yoga in a weird and almost mystical way. I watched a lot of

yoga

classes online, but his are consistent, his attitude is great, and his prices

quite realistic --

like 2 bucks a class or something :-)

But read read read read. Studying is half the fun :-) Needless to say my

connection to the

chakras and life in general have changed my entire life -- root to leaves, so to

speak :-)

It's wonderful to meet you.
