I need help about english translation (play means.......)

I'd like to have from you an explication about the pratice of a kriya

in the book " Physical Wisdom " (p.18 - Immune Yoga II)

 

How do I have to translate the word " play " (play " Rake Rakenhar " ...)?

 

From english to italian, " play " can be translated with many words,

" chant " , " recite " ....but also " play " as " make music " .

 

In this kriya do I have to chant the mantra or I have to let my

cd-player playing this mantra and just listening holding the posture?

In this case, play the cd while

you listen and hold the posture. If you are to chant, the instruction would be to

chant or sing with the cd.
