Guest guest
I have some questions. After doing the sadhana, I did a couple of random mornings shortly afterwards. They were astounding and I did the full time and the postures were so perfect - it made me rethink the whole 40 days. All I did was show myself I could do 40 days of waking up, not 40 days of real practice. So, when I start again, should I do another 40 days with this set of kryias or another? I'm guessing stay with it…… Just an observation, the first morning I stopped after 40 days I got pins & needles in my legs at precisely the same time of day I got them each morning when I completed a specific exercise……how amazing…… Devi
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Devi KK. Sadhana awakens us to the amazingness of, well... everything. Keep up. You can chance the kriyas now and again. That is up to you, but keep up the pressure. Ratchet it up a bit, now and again to keep your experience fresh and challenging. Pressure makes diamonds! My regards to you.
