Yogi Bhajan gave a nkriya for that called Creating Self Love. Also a meditation where you sit in easy pose put your hands with index fingers up at the hear center and chant along with wha he guru wha he ji on rag sadhana cd by sangeet kaur. i would think Sodarshan could do it, if you keep at

it. Sat Kriya would work, too.

 

But in the book " Master's Touch " is another

meditation, for " Elimating Fear and Split

Personalities. "

 

It involves sitting in rock pose with arms out

straight, palms down. Eyes are on the tip of the

nose, and as you chant " Aadays Tisay Aadays " , you

raise your arms up to 60 degrees and lower them back

to the original position, parallel to the floor. Move

up or down with every word.

 

This meditation will totally space you out, so don't

do it before driving.
