Guest guest
sat nam. i would think Sodarshan could do it, if you keep at it. Sat Kriya would work, too. But in the book " Master's Touch " is another meditation, for " Elimating Fear and Split Personalities. " It involves sitting in rock pose with arms out straight, palms down. Eyes are on the tip of the nose, and as you chant " Aadays Tisay Aadays " , you raise your arms up to 60 degrees and lower them back to the original position, parallel to the floor. Move up or down with every word. This meditation will totally space you out, so don't do it before driving. sat nam dev atma ______________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing.
