Are any of you or your students travelling to the International Yoga

Festival in Rishikesh this March? Immediately after the festival from

the 8th-13th of March, we will be leading an Indian adventure, filled

with yoga, laughter and immersion and participation in the delights that

Rishikesh has to offer.

The adventure will be lead by Jai Kartar Kaur, a teacher from the UK,

with experience in leading and organising many retreats. The

accommodation is in a hotel, overlooking the Ganges..

The cost for the retreat is £350, which is around $650.
