Highlighting and inspiring you in each class is a heartfelt blend of music that calls to your soul and lifts your spirit and energy. The Gong, an ancient tool used for releasing trauma stored in the body and mind is incorporated into each class and may be used in the Meditation or Savasana. Denise brings a deeply compassionate and nurturing energy to her classes, creating and holding a safe space for students to awaken primal connections and develop authentic and lasting self realizations. Pamela will teach the daily Fitness Beach classes and help you focus on: moving beyond any fitness and nutritional plateaus allowing you to understand how to safely and easily manage your nutritional and strength training needs providing a safe and effective fitness strategy for any special areas of concern such as Type II Diabetes, proper blood sugar levels, cardiovascular, muscular and/or joint issues. evaluating your fitness and nutritional needs that will be determined with a unique program to support a lifetime health plan.
