Guest guest
No, it is not advised. If you or your student are pregnant, please brush up on the guidelines and/ or ask your teacher. If you email me directly I can send you guidelines. Guest guest
You are advised to NOT do breath of fire during pregnancy, some of the exercises are okay to do for the first trimester, but since this is a delicate time for a lot of pregnancies to settle in, it is best to err on the side of caution. If you like good, strong workouts shift your focus to arm exercise mediations that are great for the nervous system (building capacity to take in and deal with all these changes).
