Guest guest
Sat Nam K-Yoga yogis and yoginis. I can easily testify that Kundalini Yoga changes your character 180 degrees. When I was in a relationship with someone I loved that contradicted every positive aspect of my being, I started to imbibe those negative traits and lost all radiance. I couldn't even chant without crying. Following Yogji's instructions on how to rebuild myself, using So Darshan Kriya and Sat Kriya, after four years of ongoing intensive deep meditation, I am free of attachment, fear, anger, jealousy, remorse, grief, revenge--all emotional mess and stress. It is a state of equipoise, perfect peace, that enables me to effortlessly communicate with the Gurus and guide the process of writing a book Yogiiji gave me on the deeper, yogic meaning of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib through the writings of all it's authors--spiritual hippies and yogis and gurus (dispellers of darkness) like us, some of whom were lucky to write one good song that made it into Siri Guru Granth Sahib. I recommend that if Yogiji ever gave you a kriya or assignment to do, to do it now while you still have time. There are only four more years before 2012. You will be surprised and delighted by your Spiritual Identity. Loving Blessings, Guruprem Kaur
