Guest guest
Sat nam Thank you to the replies I received about my lung sensations, since I have been practicing breathing techniques. I now understand why my ex- smoking lungs feel the icy and hurtfull senses until I clense them. Next question for anyone willing to give me more support and feedback; I am feeling an overwhelming sense of exhaustion. My eyes and body have been extremely tired. More than ever before. Could this be from introducing my body to so much at one time? Sat Nam
Guest guest
Practicing Kundalini Yoga will put your mind, body and soul through changes, big changes. Period. End of story. Now the question for you is whether you can and will " Keep up. " Because if you do, then you will be kept up! KY is a powerful science and a powerful practice. This feeling of exhaustion is temporary until you fill the deficit you had before you began practicing. Once you reach equilibrium (your entitled state) you can then build on your practice and REALLY enjoy the benefits of KY. It's a process, only a process. Just like those radio tests of the emergency broadcast system, " This is a test, only a test. " Do you really want to love, serve, obey and excel? If so, keep up, enjoy and view yourself with compassion. Difficulties are only temporary, success is permanent!
