Celibacy

Celibacy can be helpful for the infusion. A recirculation of the

sexual fluids in men and women can infuse the body with a mixture of

Kundalini and these fluids - these creative fluids - Kind of a

Kundalini type plasma. It goes into the spine and the nervous system

and can really take a person into another area of learning.

So there are good reasons for it. Much of what has been written

about the Kundalini comes from those who haven't activated it. Re

interpretations of ancient manuscripts like the " Vedas " or other

ancient kundalini materials can cause a form of mis-representation.

Sexual expression must come first in many if not most scenarios.

The Tibetan Lamas however do not have sex. From the age of children

they are taught that celibacy is the goal. So the GFA in them works

from the activation and continues towards the awakening. They will

typically go quite far.

We in the west must do as we are meant and or called to do on a

personal level. Having sex is good. Being celibate is good. Options

are good. -

Sat Nam,

I was wondering if there any benefits to being celibate. Also, in the

instance of celibacy, what do you do with sexual desire? Are there

specific exercises/sets that you can practice to rechannel the energy?

Is the daily practice of Sat Kriya sufficient?
