Guest guest
This cold shower thing still fascinates me. This is from my level I teacher training: " Precautions - Start with the outer extremeties - feet, hands, arms. The thighs shouldn't go under the water first, so as not to disturb the calcium-magnesium balance. The same for the genitals and the head. Do not take a cold shower during pregnancy or menstruation or when you have a fever, rheumatism or heart disease. If there are problems with the sciatic nerve or high blood pressure, start slowly! Wear cotton shorts to buffer the thighs or sexual organs. " This science of Hydrotherapy covers two full pages, may I recommend you find the teacher training book to see. It's a blessing to read this again, as I see I've been missing the boat, so to say.
