Guest guest
Guru Piaray Jeo !! The term is not oxymorn........ though we may refrain from defining narrowly, what is " blessings " . Well known fact is: Yogi Jeo came to west to make kundalini yoga teacher and what may be less known is what to Yogi Jeo is an ideal teacher: The one who qualifies to become and remains a Sikh, a student, a seeker, at receiving end, a researcher, a open pipe where teaching flow though, not claiming to be a teacher, a transcended self beyond the teacher. A sikh is not the peel of the banana, either, a sikh is the energy hidden in the banana, a fragrance of the banana which motivates others to act, human to eat or peel off rather than remaining as a banana. A teacher finds a Sikh. becoming a Sikh is the first and only love of the teacher. Guru Nanak, teacher, demonstrated a life time to find, test, bestow, bless, Bhai Lehana,( Guru Angad): the Sikh. Gurus have remained the dust of the feet of these founded Sikhs and these Sikhs flow as teachers and find more sikhs. Finding a Sikh is momentous task. Guru Gobind Singh or True Guru or Gurbanee guides how to find a Sikh. from other religions another example comes to mind, when Jesus washes the feet of His companions he demonstrates who a Sikh is? A master (teacher) and a servant ( student) at the same time, When Guru Gobind Singh partakes Amrit from His Sikhs, He demonstrates and becomes a Sikh too. Hope this helps in drawing a spectrum for who a sikh is? With Prayers Charan Singh Oshawa, CA
