Flu Remedy from Yogi Ji1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Pepper1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper3 Heaping Tablespoons of Tumeric1 ounce BasilEnough Cold Pressed Olive Oil to make paste with spices when mixed in skillet (very important that it is cold pressed, it should foam up when heated)Saute' herbs and spices in enough Olive Oil to make a paste 2-3 minutes.
