Guest guest Posted February 19, 2008 Report Share Posted February 19, 2008 Sat Nam, Everyone, I'm interested in exploring which Kundalini kriyas and meditations can be used effectively to focus on each of the ten bodies. I'd like input from people who have worked with a kriya or meditation for a specific body in their own personal practice, or who have done a certain set for a specific body in a class and had a positive experience with it. If you can give me the name of the kriya/meditation and the name of a manual I can find it in, I can check out the details on my own. Thanks in advance for your help.
