Praise for Vitality and Stress - Level 2 Launch in Los Angeles

140 kundalini yogis just completed 6 days of personal study into

stress, relaxation, and vitality. It was fantastic! Gurucharan and

KRI have gathered the teachings, the kriyas, and modern research

together to show us both how pervasive and costly stress willcontinue

to become, and how Kundalini Yoga offers solutions to handle this

modern plague completely. This makes all five Level 2 trainings now

available.

 

When senior teachers, newer teachers, and avid practitioners alike

gather together as peers, as students of Yogi Bhajan, to sit and go

deep for personal transformation, it's amazing what can happen. Just

imagine our closing with Sat Purkh singing about, I never knew you

Yogi Bhajan but you knew me, with very few dry eyes in that beautiful

room at Golden Bridge. The hope we felt for our own lives and what we

can bring to the world, the gratitude for YogiJi and the teachings he

brought, and the love for each other as siblings of destiny in

community were the rich desert of this great course.

 

We asked KRI to bring us together like this more often. We have

Solstices and Tantrics, Teacher Trainings, and now KRI will

launch " Institute Courses " , 5-day programs on topics of major

interest to benefit all, with no certification requirements. This

Summer's launch of " Healing the Wounds of Love " promises to have the

energy of this launch. Yogi Bhajan has left us these gifts, and we

are just getting started getting them out there.

 

So I encourage us all, old-timers and veterans alike to continue to

be great students as well as teachers to become 10 times greater.

Let's get together whenever we can to inspire and grow. Summer
