Sat Nam!

A couples of days ago I forced my back to finish a work (moving heavy

loads from a room to another one) and now, as I had to figure out, my

lower back hurts (now it's hard to me to walk in a natural way and to

bend forward).

My doctor told me to take some Voltaren pills and wait...but I care of

stomach as well of my back so I would ask you all if you know some

good exercise to relax the muscles of my back (now I have the feeling

of a twitch in my lower back), while I keep resting and put on that

area Arnica Oil.

Any idea will be fine! Thanx in advance.

Fateh Dharma!

Yogi Bhajan spoke time and again about ginger for back pain.

He recommended very high doses.

The original Yogic Herbs product was “3R”-

onion, garlic and ginger in a capsule- originally developed for back pain.

When we were discussing details, he said, “The onion

and garlic is only in there to balance out the ginger.”

He frequently suggested doses of 30 large capsules per day

of 3R for back pain.

Ginger, in Yogic Medicine, is called “the universal

medicine”.

It can be taken at a very high dose, as long as it is not

causing tummy problems.

Taking with food in divided doses reduces tummy problems.

If you connect with me off list, I can facilitate you

getting access to these Yogi Bhajan products.

Maybe you are tired of me offering articles by now, but

again, I have some great material on the trinity roots (3R) and ginger,

especially for back pain, and the Yogi Bhajan connection.
