Yoga Yoga is thrilled to be bringing together two beloved teachers to offer a

Women's Cleansing and Rejuvenation retreat April 3-6 (Thursday afternoon -

Sunday brunch). We have had excellent response and only have about 8 spots

left!

The weekend will be at the lovely and serene Margaret Austin Retreat Center in

Chappell Hill, Texas, and will be devoted to healing, yoga and the cleansing of

body, mind and soul. Classes and activities will be led by Sapphire Bell and

Mary Ceallaigh (Guru Partap), two of Yoga Yoga's favorite teachers, known for

their intuitive approach to yoga and healing.

This three-night retreat will honor and celebrate Shakti (the creative feminine

force) with a special yogic cleansing menu (fruits, yogurt, teas, kitchari), a

full day of silence (except yoga classes!), writing exercises, discussions and

special classes to encourage physical, emotional and mental detox. Learn yogic

techniques to boost your metabolism in the morning and deepen your sleep at

night.

All women are welcome to celebrate and rejuvenate! Kundalini sessions will be

offered each day as well as some Hatha and Yin Yoga.

Cost: $359

About your teachers:

Sapphire Bell brings her love and wisdom of yoga from her years of practice and

study to every class she teaches. She is certified in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini

Yoga and has most recently been focusing on a Yin style of yoga that offers a

deeply restorative and healing experience.

Mary (Guru Partap) Ceallaigh is a student of many styles of yoga as well as

Ayurvedic cuisine. Mary began her yogic journey almost 20 years ago and

specializes in teaching Kundalini Yoga for Women and workshops on women's

topics. She is a birth facilitator (doula) with a degree in Human Development.
