There are two cleanse options listed on my website for you and your students, clients, patients, yoga centers etc...basically anyone and everyone who needs and wants to cleanse using this free website support option. If you do it together as a yoga center or group it's easier to support each other. One cleanse is the Mung Beans & Rice Diet (30 days) and the other is the Green Diet (40 days). Choose either of these cleanses or both of them for 10 days each, it's a choice. There are lots of ideas and meal suggestions within the cleanses (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and even a few creative dessert ideas). I've tried to stay within the guidelines of the cleanses as much as I could to maintain their integrity and am still working on it. I'm still looking for some warm breakfast ideas, but have a couple, warm apples (good for digestions) and broiled bananas for now. You'll see some overlapping of the cleanses a bit, but I'm still updating them and welcome any meal ideas or suggestions. For your students having a few more choices within a cleanse could make or break whether they choose to cleanse or not. Feel free to point them in the direction of my website to help them get some variety within these cleanses. Following the guidelines of a cleanse is important, but not losing sight about what is being eliminated out of the diet during a cleanse is crucial. Encourage those on a cleanse to do their best. If they get sidetracked, encourage them to get back on track as soon as possible praising them for their efforts along the way. Let's do this together!
